Opening up public debate on the topic "Creating a budget for 2011 Municipal Ranilug year," chairman of the Municipal Assembly Ranilug Mr. Djokic Radojica welcomed about fifty people present, Mayor of Ranilug Mr. Gradimir Mikic and respected directors of departments.After opening of debate,the director of the department of Finance and Budget took the word, Mr. Sasa Selimi informed the present citizents about proposed plan of the municipal budget for 2011- year, Mr. Sasa Selimi spoke about the plan of distribution of funds received by the Ministry of Finance.
The budget that the municipality Ranilug have for 2011 is 834,468.00 euros, of which the municipality plan to separate for the salaries and compensation of municipal workers that includes the health and social services (health workers) and education and youth culture will be 701,510.00 euros,for merchandise and services 78,958.00 euros, utility 20,000.00 euros for subsidies and transfers 25,000.00 euros, and for capital expenditures 9,000.00 euros.Also Mr. Sasa Selimi accent that the municipality has received 1,000,000.00 euros for capital investment in the municipality Ranilug.Taking a word, Mr. Gradimir Mikic welcomed all present and 
thaked the citizensof such a response, expressing his personal satisfaction with the interest of citizens for the municipality and the same willingness to help in the creation and improvement of the municipal budget of the municipality in order to raise quality of life of inhabitants of the municipality Ranilug.G Mr. Mikic reminded all in attendance about projects that the municipality Ranilug implemented in the past but met them with the projects and works in progress of implementation.During his statement, Mr. Mikic also spoke about the programs and projects that will be realized in the future and announced the opening of new offices of Communities and Returns in a municipality Ranilug because of large needs of the community for this kind of office.Public debate was very constructive with active participation of citizens present who asked questions the Mayor and department directors on current municipal Ranilug problems, and had a chance to get a response from the leadership of the municipality Ranilug.Final conclusion was maded that the meetings of this type are often needed and Mr Mikic has announced a new public debate in the recent period in which the citizens of the municipality again will be notified about the complete work of the municipality Ranilug, but stressed that interested citizens can inform daily in the municipal building, where they can bring their concerns and suggestions, and that the leadership of the municipality will meet with each of their request.
