At the opening of the session Chief of Municipal Assembly presented agenda items to attendants:
1. Consideration and ratification of minutes from previous session
2. Consideration of mandates of the delegates who have not passed the oath
3. Consideration and ratification of the proposed draft of the Statute of the Municipality Ranilug
4. Consideration and ratification of proposed draft of the Assembly Regulation Procedures
5. Consideration and ratification of the proposed budget for 2010. for the Municipality Ranilug
6. Consideration and ratification of draft decision to ban the construction of buildings on agricultural land from 1 (the first) to 8 (eight) classes in the Municipality Ranilug
7. Consideration and ratification of the proposal to call a tender for the creating of emblem
8. Consideration and ratification of agreements on economic cooperation in the Municipal area of East
9. Consideration and ratification of draft decisions on the use of official lunch
10. Consideration and ratification of the proposal on the construction of Administrative building of Municipality Ranilug
11. Consideration and ratification of the proposed Regulation of accise on estate
12. The ratification of decisions for establishment of the Policy an Community Committee
13. Miscellaneous
After consideration and ratification of the first and second item on the agenda, special attention was given to third item on the agenda, and further on this point spoke Jelena Antic-Director of Administration Department. Especial importance of considering and ratification this agenda item pointed out the President of the Ranilug Municipality Mr. Gradimir Mikic, and he pointed out too that the proposal of the draft Statute of the Municipality Ranilug will be subjected to public hearing next 60 days, and that therefore at that time subject can be changed and corrected. About other items on the agenda something more have said the directors of departments based on the content of the agenda , and any area that belongs to the point of activity.
All agenda items were unanimously ratified, and the session was closed with thirteent agenda item –Miscellaneous at 11:30 am.
29.01.2010 god. In the Assembly hall of the Cultural Center in Domorovce at 10 am Municipal Assembly opened the first regular session of the Municipal Assembly of Ranilug. The session was attended by thirteen (13) delegates, Mayor of Ranilug Mr. Gradimir Mikić, department directors, members of the Municipal preparatory team and representatives of KFOR and the OSCE.
